Acrylic Products

• Fine, light scratches are normal for acrylic.

• Slight irregularities may occur.

• If possible, keep the product packed until your event, as acrylic is very sensitive to scratches.

• Clean with a microfiber cloth only.

• Acrylic is shatter-resistant but not scratch-resistant.

• Use plastic cleaner or mild glass cleaner – do not use alcohol-based products!

Wooden Products

• Wood is a natural material – slight variations in grain, color, and texture are normal and make each piece unique.

• Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity to prevent warping or discoloration.

• Clean only with a dry or slightly damp cloth – never use aggressive cleaning agents.

• Not dishwasher-safe.

• Handle with care to maintain the natural beauty and longevity of the product.

Glass Products

• Glass is fragile – handle with care to avoid chips or breakage.

• Clean with a soft microfiber cloth and gentle glass cleaner.

• Do not use abrasive sponges or aggressive cleaners.

• Glass is scratch-sensitive – avoid placing sharp objects on the surface.

• Store safely, preferably in the original packaging or padded.

• For engraved or printed glass products, clean gently to protect the personalization.
